Are the cruises suitable for Children?
The majority of our cruises are family-friendly and suitable for children, but please review the specific trip details, as some trips are restricted to guests aged 18 and over.
What happens if the weather is bad?
All trips are subject to weather conditions for safety reasons.
If adverse weather prevents the vessel from sailing, some trips will still go ahead alongside at the dock at full price. These trips are designed to operate as planned, even if sailing is not possible and no refund or price reduction will apply.
For selected trips only a 50% refund will be issued.
If the event is fully cancelled, guests will receive a full refund.
Please check each individual trip listing for trip-specific terms and conditions.
On some of our trips, we’ll drop anchor in Weymouth Bay and let the good times roll. It’s the perfect chance to kick back, grab a drink, enjoy the music, and take in the unreal views with your mates.
Sometimes it’s all about cruising, other times it’s about finding that perfect spot and soaking it all in, it just depends on the conditions on the day. Either way, the vibe stays the same.
Our crew will always choose what works best for comfort and safety, so you can relax and enjoy the experience without a worry.
How do I book tickets?

Do you have security on board?
Yes, where appropriate we may have security personnel on board to help ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all passengers. Our crew and security staff reserve the right to refuse entry or ask individuals to leave if behaviour is considered unsafe, disruptive, or in breach of our policies. If a passenger’s safety, or that of others, is at risk, the boat may return to shore early in order to disembark the individual.
Do I need to book in advance?
We always recommend booking in advance if you are able to do so as we cannot guarantee spaces being available on any of our cruises if you turn up on the day.
I can no longer attend, am I allowed a refund?
If it is your choice not to travel after purchasing a ticket, we’re unable to offer a refund. Many of our cruises sell out in advance, and we often have to turn other customers away. Refunds are only issued if we make the decision to cancel a cruise.
If you give us sufficient notice and we’re able to resell your tickets, we may be able to transfer your booking to a later date. This is at the discretion of the manager, and their decision is final.
