All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable unless we cancel a cruise for any reason. This includes instances where you are unable to reach us on time due to traffic or other personal circumstances.
At Coastal Vibes, passenger health and safety are our top priorities. We reserve the right to alter or modify a trip as necessary to meet these safety standards.
We also reserve the right to cancel or refuse any booking that we believe may compromise the safety of passengers, crew, or vessels. The management’s decision is final and non-negotiable.
Cruises are subject to suitable weather and tidal conditions on the day of departure for safety reasons. While we strive to keep passengers informed of any changes, last-minute cancellations may sometimes be necessary.
If adverse weather prevents the vessel from sailing, some trips will still go ahead alongside at the dock at full price. These trips are designed to operate as planned, even if sailing is not possible and no refund or price reduction will apply.
For selected trips only a 50% refund will be issued.
If the event is fully cancelled, guests will receive a full refund.
