Accessibility Information
We aim to make our cruises welcoming and accessible to as many people as possible. If you or a member of your party have any mobility requirements, we kindly ask that you let us know ahead of time – this helps us prepare and provide the best support possible.
Boarding and Access
Our gangway is accessible for wheelchair users, and a stair lift is available on board to assist with movement between decks. We also have a disabled toilet on board.
Walking Aids
Boarding and disembarking are carried out using a gangway with secure handrails. At least one crew member will be on hand to assist. If you use a walking aid, we recommend allowing our crew to handle it while you use the handrails to ensure your stability. Please be aware that the vessel may shift slightly due to tidal movement or weather during these operations. Should you require assistance at any stage of your journey, don’t hesitate to let us know.
Wheelchair Users
We aim to have two members of staff available to assist wheelchair users when boarding and disembarking. Our access gangway accommodates standard-width wheelchairs, though there may be some movement due to external conditions. Please take extra care during this process.
Electric Wheelchairs
Unfortunately, electric or powered wheelchairs are not suitable for boarding due to their weight and low ground clearance, which can cause difficulty navigating the boarding ramp. If possible, passengers are advised to use a manual wheelchair instead.
Visually Impaired Guests
If you are visually impaired, our team is happy to help you on and off the vessel, as well as to your seat. The boarding ramp includes two handrails and may have a small step. Our crew will offer verbal guidance and describe any changes in level or direction clearly to ensure your comfort and safety.
Pricing and Concessions
Due to limited capacity on board, we are unable to provide separate concessions for disabled passengers or their carers. However, we keep our ticket prices as affordable as possible for all guests, ensuring our cruises remain accessible to a wide range of budgets.
